Kho quẹt (Vietnamese caramelized pork dip for vegetables)

♥ Ingredients:
(4 portions)

½ lb (230g) pork belly
½ cup (60g) dried shrimps
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 packed teaspoon brown sugar
¼ tsp paprika
Black pepper
1 shallot, peeled, sliced
2 garlic cloves, peeled, sliced
½ tbsp oil
green onion for garnish (optional)
Variety or raw and steamed vegetables to serve

½ cup (60g) tôm khô
2 tbsp muỗng canh dầu nước mắm
2 muỗng cà phê nén chặt đường vàng
¼ tsp muỗng cà phê bột ớt màu
¼ tsp muỗng cà phê tiêu
1 củ hành ta, lột vỏ, thái mỏng
2 củ tỏi, lột vỏ, thái mỏng
½ tbsp muỗng canh dầu
hành lá trang trí
Dùng kèm với rau sống, rau luộc
